Pharmacy Technician - Oncology

Descripción del Empleo:
Review and interpret doctor’s prescription orders to ensure appropriate therapies. Transcribe prescription data in preparation for pharmacist verification. Provide administrative support of Pharmacy as assigned and assist in the training of new associates in the Pharmacy. Communicate with all new patients informing them of prescription referrals and welcoming them to Customer. Communicate with patients and HCP offices to ensure all documentation required for timely prescription is made available. Respond to incoming calls from the pharmacy with excellent customer service standards and following up with pending talks. Obtain the patients medication list for Dur Research Award and review prescription drug insurance claim that will be delivered to patients and providers.
Requisitos:
Requirements Associate Degree Diplomas as Certified Pharmaceutical Technician
Valid license as Pharmacy Technician
Specialized training in access to pharmacy/medical benefits and requirements (preferred)
Experience in Specialty Pharmacy (Preferred)
Minimum 1-year experience in customer service with knowledge of access processes to the most preferred benefits
1 year of experience in related field (Preferred)
Knowledge in CPR+program (preferred)
