Planning Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
Ensure supply chain support to new product introduction, new component introduction processes, Asset Re-configuration projects, engineering changes projects and Life Cycle Management projects. Supply Chain Project Lead for Adaptiv, Capacity Management, Planning, Raw Material Phase-in Phase-out, Finished Goods or Raw Material set ups or any other responsibilities assigned to her/him as part of the project. Oversee daily processes in moving the material flow in support of an optimized cycle time metric related to project. Provide direction and leadership for supply chain, materials and inventory planning and delivery for project. Exhibit positive leadership traits with ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization. Interface with both internal and external customers, suppliers, vendors and other sites globally.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree is required (Engineering, Business Administration, System Information). Minimum of three (3) years of Supply Chain Medical device experience in a regulatory environment is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish & English). Demonstrate leadership, skills as a team player, driving value-added results and establishing credibility throughout the organization and with suppliers and customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires proven leadership, teamwork, initiative, creativity, people and assertiveness skills. Experience & knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, Access and Word.
