Plant Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for directing the activities and processes inherent to the manufacturing operation to ensure the competitiveness and efficiency of the manufacture. Develops strategies to achieve the company’s goals.

Coordinates, supervises and facilitates the areas of:
• Manufacturing planning process
• Development of manufacturing plans (Master production Scheduling)
• Supply chain including materials, logistics, warehouses and inventory control, etc.
• Manufacturing Processes: Manufacturing, assembly, secondary operations and
packaging.
• Quality Control
• Receiving/delivery operations and external driver’s administration.
• Continuous improvement.
• Equipment maintenance programs and facilities.
• Development of personnel and succession plans.
Requisitos:
Minimum requirements: • BS in Engineering, MBA preferable
• 15+ years of experience as Plant or General Manager
• Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt/Black Belt preferable
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferable
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
