A Facilities Manager interacts with customers, provides information about the organization’s services, and will respond to customer complaints when needed. This role devises strategies and policies to ensure that an organization meets its goals by planning, directing, and coordinating daily operational activities. Problem-solving is required to identify issues and recognize shortcomings and effectively carry out solutions. People in this role assess different options and choose the best course of action, often on a daily basis.

Requisitos:
REQUIREMENTS Associate degree in business administration, Facility Management or closely related field
2+ years of Equivalent Work experience with strong emphasis on customer service
Manufacturing and Facilities experience strongly preferred
Demonstrates strong skills in: Communication, Decision-making, Leadership, and Problem-solving
Understand Business Documentation ( Contract)
Demonstrates professional and political aptitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Strong computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
