Project Manager Non-Profit Organization Our ideal Project Manager is bilingual, flexible, and skilled at working effectively at all levels of the organization, with an ability to think and act strategically while providing simple and accessible solutions for the many audiences served and impacted by their key projects.
Requisitos:
* Bachelor’s Degree & minimum of 4+ years equivalent in a project management or similar role with proven success in managing complex projects from conception to conclusion
* Fully Bilingual
* Strong critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to evaluate data to support decision-making
* Self-starter and reliable with a constant drive to improve
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Computer-savvy – strong skills in computers and the ability to learn new systems and databases quickly and effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills; organize, prioritize, and complete assignments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
