Project Manager

Northstar Technology Contract positionProject Manager.
Functions include, but are not limited to project management implementation, activity & resource planning, time management, analyzing and managing project risks, monitoring progress, and managing reporting and necessary documentation. Each individual project will have a project manager, already has a charter and a project management plan. The project manager is coordinating between projects, ensuring and monitoring for updates, and consistently reporting to the project owner (Forest Supervisor).
Specific Services:Specific tasks and performance objectives.
Ø Serving as the project management officer for the Hurricane Maria recovery projects
Ø Provides overall organization and coordination for recovery projects
Ø Coordinating Project Interdependency meetings.
Ø Ensures coordination between projects
Ø Identifies key critical paths
Ø Prepare A Monthly Status Report (MSR)
Ø Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Ø Work Measures; (Task % Complete, Actuals, SV%, and CV%)
Ø Work Measurement (budgets for discrete work packages)
Ø Corrective Action Report (CAR)
Ø Significant problems resolved
Ø Significant problems unresolved
Ø Upcoming activities of note
Ø Update Project Management Plans and MS Project Timelines.
Ø Project Schedule
Ø Stakeholder Chart
Ø Proposed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Ø Project Budget (showing WBS ID and budget for each control account)
Ø Project Plan (cost and time phased baselined Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
