General Description 13; Directs and plans all phases of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Performs the duties personally or through work teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

Creates and reviews project proposals to determine objectives, requirements, scope, schedule, cost, risks, and strategy for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed, including staffing for each phase of project. Monitors and controls project execution. Directs and coordinates activities of project staff to ensure project progress on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for senior management, client, or others. Administer budget process and financial oversight for the Division; provide analytical and strategical support to Senior Management for decision:making.

Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience 13;
At least five (5) years of related experience in project management, budget administration and financial compilations.

Certifications / Licenses 13;
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) highly desirable but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) 13;
:

Project Management: knowledge of project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.

Advanced understanding and experience in of a variety of project life cycle methodologies including waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid.
:

Computer and technological skills: advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentation software. Experience with automate reports, data management, collaborative project, portfolio and project management tools among others is desired.
:

Communication skills: effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and clients. Highly develop written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish.
:

Business skills: demonstrate matrix management experience, leadership and business acumen.
Comfortable negotiating with Senior Management on behalf of the Our People Head. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, budget reporting and financial concepts.
:
Analytical skills: Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills. Must be able to identify situations, look for alternatives and make appropriate decisions.
:

Teamwork skills: experience leading projects with offshore and remote team members. A team player who is proactive, flexible, results:oriented and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
:

Accountability: ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
