Experienced as owner of all stages of Change Control Management Quality System and processes within a Quality GMP system (will use Trackwise).
Strong project management skills in handling multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects simultaneously
Relates every day with quality assurance processes, systems and staff.
Leads Project Management meetings
Supports manager in managing all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
Executes specific Supply Chain projects and business cases (example: SKU’s management, rationalization, and implementation of new pack configuration).
Knowledge of supply chain planning, scheduling, master data and procurement processes
Knowledge on improving processes and able to change in an ambiguous environment
Operational Excellence knowledge
GMP and GXP knowledge in Pharmaceutical industry
Track projects in SmartSheet and Excel

Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Life Sciences and/or Business Administration or
Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Finance and/or Engineering and 3 years of experience in Business Planning, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Functional Operations or
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Finance and/or Engineering and 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Manufacturing or Supply Chain Functional Operations
Project Management experience
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
