Project Superintendent

The person will be responsible for the quality, supervision and control of the project during the construction stage. It will maximize the use of company resources.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Associate Degree in Engineering science.
Minimum of three (5) years of supervisory experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Competence in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
OSHA 30 Hour Certification.
Own initiative
Bilingual: Mastering writing and speaking in Spanish and English.
Have a valid driver's license.

Salary: $37,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
