Proposal Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
MFS is seeking a motivated Proposal Coordinator to work in our innovative, highly respected, and dynamic consulting firm in the engineering and construction industry. This position will assist with marketing and project management in our San Juan, Puerto Rico office.

This position requires work primarily out of the San Juan office, but may require occasional travel for marketing related events within Puerto Rico or for other as needed local travel.

Requisitos:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications •3-5 years of proposal and business development experience
•3+ years of office experience
•Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
•Strong ability to motivate, mobilize and lead a team to accomplish a goal while creating a positive work environment.
•Ability to thrive in deadline-oriented environment
•Build relationships within the marketing community which will help strengthen consultant and client relationships
•Proficient in Deltek Vision software or any CRM platform
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
•Local travel required
•Certificate of Good Standing
