Quality Specialist Position (Oqu-2018-04)

Descripción del Empleo:
The Quality Specialist OQU 2018-04 Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring that the units produced comply with quality standards set by the industry; comply with specific duties of a quality representative as overseeing the entire production process, finding out erroneous methods or tools being used by workers, performing various spot checks for process compliance, taking down the findings, preparing manuals and quality guidelines, and performing other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager, among other tasks.
Requisitos:
Have a University degree is required. Minimum 3 years of work experience. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Fundamental understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation to international standards and / or requirements. Understanding human factors. Experiences in conducting audits (planning, preparation, execution, reporting results and follow-up). Have a good technical and mechanical understanding. Understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques. Have a good analytical skill. Availability to work extended shifts, night shifts and/ or weekend as required by the business. Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize. Self-motivated, confident, methodical, and proactive. Able to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit. Able to travel abroad.
