Direct and individualized daily expectations include the following: Medical Surgical / Med Surg RNs assess, plans and evaluates patient care needs Medical Surgical / Med Surg RNsmay change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs and record medical information of the patient Medical Surgical / Med Surg RNsprovide bed-side care for a wide variety of patients including pre- and post-surgery in the Medical Surgical Unit Medical Surgical / Med Surg RNseducate patients and family members on planned procedures, illnesses/injuries and post-treatment home care needs Registered Nurse Medical Surgical / Med Surg RN Qualifications: Registered Nurse License (RN) Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse RN experience required Registered Nurse Medical Surgical / Med Surg RN Work Hours/Shifts: Full-Time, Days or Nights Community Description: Just a short driving distance to the West Coast beaches and 1 ½ hour away from the Orlando theme parks.
