Resort Engineering Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Managing all aspects of building maintenance, including Property Preventive Maintenance, Room Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Preventive Maintenance, managing and facilitating coordination of capital, unbudgeted capital requests, and routine projects, complete Health and Safety compliance, coordination of service from vendors, purchasing, and active role in all aspects of Guest Satisfaction Surveys. The Resort have 116 rooms. Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including, but not limited to, physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds according to federal, state and local regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28,000.00 to $32,000.00 /year
Requisitos:
•At least 3 years of progressive experience in a resort or a related field; 4-year college degree.
•HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills required.
•Supervisory experience required.
•Must be proficient in Windows, company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
•Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
