Sales And Marketing Coordinator

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Supporting general marketing activities:
Crafting the language of marketing messages.
Brainstorming, managing and implementing programs and promotional tactics.
Policing and adhering to brand guidelines.
Write, proof and deliver materials including but not limited to, company newsletters and press releases.
Reporting on project needs, progress, and roadblocks.
Offer creative, relevant and unique marketing ideas.

Supporting general sales initiatives:
Communicating with the sales team on a regular basis to determine needs for support from the marketing team.
Building and maintaining a first-hand understanding of retail-level marketing needs and effectiveness.
Gathering and developing content for monthly sales communications.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager.
Requisitos:
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Degree with focus in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
2-3 years of related experience.
Demonstrate ability to think creatively.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
Ability to execute or learn general file manipulation tasks in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Strong Mac computer skills including use of the Internet, Google apps, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple project tasks under tight deadlines.
Strong written and oral communications with an emphasis on American English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Proactive and resourceful as a problem-solver, identifying potential problems and proposing solutions.
Professional and positive work attitude.
Ability to develop and maintain healthy interpersonal relations.
Ability to communicate in an open and honest manner.
