Sales Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
- Responsible to oversee all convenience stores around the island.
- Ensure the stores are implemented and in line with business strategy, and ensure financial results are accomplished.
- Coordinate franchise requirement and provisioning service level
- Develop budget in line with Puma process and timelines
Requisitos:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (finance or marketing), industrial engineering or related fields
- Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer retail, category management and or analytical positions.
- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- 100% availability to travel within the island is required
- Previous knowledge in ERP and CRM
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is a must.
- Valid driver's license
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
