Job Purpose/Overview

To allow us to be truly customer centric and provide our customers with the data and insights that they demand from suppliers. Internally it will deliver data and insights for Sales to review past, current and future promotions to aid the delivery of key GSV and SFA targets for the relevant account/channels.

The position is directly linked to Business Performance/Champion Sales College initiatives that allow our unit to have best in class sales practices; as such, it provides consultancy for all business plans.

Responsible for developing, managing and delivering Functional Sales training programs which willprovide the local Sales team the necessary skills, knowledge, practice and competencies they need to succeed and achieve their individual business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

:

Daily/Weekly/Periodic reporting
:

Essential Customer KPI reporting and analysis
:

KPI reporting and analysis for Sales
:

Providing relevant KPI inputs for channel OGSM
:

Collaborate with the analysis of promotions performance
:

Continuous development and maintenance of analysis and reporting tools
:

Ad hoc reporting for Sales
:

Maintenance and updating of sales related software
:

Daily Sales and systems monitoring
:

Collaborate in the developing, creation and deployment of Sales College curriculum.
:

Contributes to meet Unit's objectives by means of educating and ensuring deployment of compulsory global courses and the completion of local courses agenda, providing the necessary tools to sales associates.
:

Develop the unit's training program for Content, Calendar, Participants, Workshops, and Blended Learning activities.
:

Use of social net:working and other tools to enhance the Learning Culture.
