We are hiring dynamic, persuasive, and charismatic staff to work as a Sales Repretentative in a call center for one of the most recognized brands in the telecommunications industry. The main function will be to attend calls from inbound, outbound and / or chat clients to meet their needs but offer products and services. This is a sales position that requires objectives and goals
Requisitos:
- Previous experience in direct sales - Call Center is preferable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creativity when offering a product.
- Persuasion skills and handling objections.
- Fully Billingual
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple applications.
- Availability to rotate shifts
