Role and responsibilities Lead a team of Production Supervisors to fulfill the daily production delivery and the overall expectation pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources. Plans and direct Production Supervisor to ensure productivity and efficiencies. Developing and coaching of Production Supervisor and enable them to work independently within their given tasks. Assure Production Supervisors accomplishes manufacturing results by communication job expectation, planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching counseling and disciplining employees; initiative, coordinates and enforce systems, policies and procedures. Maintains Production Supervisors staff results by counseling and discipline employees, planning, monitoring, and apprising results, and other responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university, preferred in industrial engineer. Minimum of five (5) years' experience printing and packaging industry and with progressive managerial responsibilities. Three (3) years’ experience in supervisory capacity is strongly preferred. Completely Bilingual (Spanish English) . Computer literate, proficiency with MS Work and Excel is required. Engineer with knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
