Summary
Coordinates delivery of company products and services according to agreed-upon business solution goals and objectives.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinates activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
Utilizes Microsoft Excel in all its capabilities.
Translate customer’s technical problems into solutions
Provide an efficient course of action in order to guide and mentor the customer during the implementation of customized solutions
Review functional specifications and understand business requirements to develop technical specifications
Analyze internal/external processes to identify and present areas for improvement
Determine the best approach when working with high workloads
Develop and implement new procedures and training
Keep organized and documented all customized solutions results
Create and present information in an organized manner in front of a group of leads, managers and/or customers
Perform units test plans and record unit test results
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, or a combination of experience and education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration and One year experience.
OR Associates degree in a related field and 2 to 4 years of experience in a related area.
Knowledge and some experience using programming languages like ASP, C#, Java preferred.
Knowledge and some experience working with databases preferred.
Knowledge or experience working with a ticketing system.
