Service Coordinators (Bayamón)

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for a reliable service coordinator to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
Requisitos:
High school diploma, able to work different shifts, fully bilingual, valid driver’s license and customer service oriented. We are performing interviews on our office in Dorado from Monday to Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm. Same day interview and recruiting process. We are an employer EEO/M/F/V/D.
