The Field Service Enginners are responsible to perform service and support for Bruker products in a customer lab, mainly EPR and CMR system, should also provide basic maintenance and repair for the NMR, MRI products, with support from techinal team.
Responsibilities

To carry out EPR CMR system installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenances independently
To carry out EPR, CMR troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenances with technical support.To give support by telephone, E-Mail or teamviewer in case of technical question or problems.To undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, and installation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in electronics, physics, chemistry or similar fields. (Have 2 to 3 years experiences preferred in NMR service or administration);Good command of computer skills. Familiar with the Windows/Linux operation system as well as common office software. Good English skills in reading, writing and communication, CET6 preferred.With habits of work and learning summarizing.Team working spirit and effective communication. Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.Able to travel as required.Base in Shanghai City.
