Recovery Casework Specialist - Utuado area Interviews, determines elegibility, and provides emergency assistance to disaster survivors who may have been impacted by Hurricane Maria and Irma. Emergency assistance dispensed by the Casework Specialist is often financial aid, given in the forms or vouchers, gift cards, or other financial mechanism. Assistance may also entail listening, providing information and effective referrals to other service providers, or distributing in-kind goods, such as clean-up kits, food boxes, or other donated goods. Must have excellent active listening skills and be able to interact compassionately with individuals, whi often have suffered a major traumatic loss and are under significant stress. Casework Specialist must be able to assess survivors eligibility without discrimination or bias. Requirements: Social Worker BA Degree preferrable licensed 1-3 years of experience Must hold a valid Driver License Must have Good Conduct Certificate Ability to travel / drive between assigned region Fully Bilingual Why Kelly ® ?
