Description Coordinate and manage Quality Operations to assure compliance with Corporate, Division and FDA regulations; ensures continuous monitoring of the manufacturing operations in order to assure the process controls are kept and improved. Provide the Quality Supervisors / Engineers with technical support to assure process control. Evaluates subordinates performance and performance problems and takes appropriate corrective actions. Focus on continuous improvement in terms of quality and customer satisfaction (release on time). Qualifications for this role Experience in managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and batch records / documentation programs. Two years minimum experience on supervision in quality operations. Experience in validation processes. Creative thinking. Communication skills (verbally, written, visual) fully bilingual (English and Spanish). Computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Five to eight years' experience in regulatory industry.
