* Primary responsibilities include implementing company-wide HR strategy to support business initiatives and growth and providing day-to-day associate relations guidance and support to functional leaders and associates within VWR.
* Responsible for facilitating training, providing first level Workday support, implementing associate engagement and wellness initiatives and addressing general HR questions for assigned groups/facilities on various HR topics and questions.
* Provides guidance and counsel regarding associate retention and participates in local initiatives related to retention and engagement
