As Lead RM, specific responsibilities will include: A proven ability to gain a client's confidence and growing a share of the client's wallet Strong focus on gathering assets under management, deposits and loan production Solid experience in banking, investments and fiduciary services with a proven ability to cross sell services Acts as the quarterback for the service team surrounding the client i.e. PM, account administrator In-depth knowledge of the international client base and ability to operate independently Performs high level operational execution and execution of strategic direction of the International Client Business Conducts preliminary AML analysis Manages direct interaction with different internal committees and/or management Strategically develops, implements and administers programs within functional areas As a Team Leader, it is important the candidate has the following qualifications: Ability to effectively manage a small group of RMs and associates while maintaining a high level of client coverage and day to day service. Solid experience in client management, as the Team Leader will be a resource for in-depth consulting and provide leadership to the team and other partners. A minimum of 10 years of experience in International Banking/Wealth Management. A proven track record of relationship management skills with external clients, "centers of influence" and internal partners. Good knowledge of discretionary investment management. Excellent business development and client servicing skills is required. Must be a self-starter with creative problem solving skills. An undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration and or equivalent experience is required. A graduate level degree is preferred. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
