Talent Acquisition Manager

Spectraforce Technologies P.R are currently seeking qualified candidate for a "Talent Acquisition Manager" position for the East area of Puerto Rico.

In this hands-on role, will deliver the full-cycle of recruiting services to hiring managers, concentrate on technical (Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Supply Chain) and other key open roles.
Will be instrumental in attracting and retaining high caliber professionals through delivery of a stellar recruiting service aligned to talent needs.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or another Liberal Arts major

4+ years’ prior experience performing full recruiting cycle

Strong working knowledge of HR Recruiting Platforms preferable Workday.

Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish combined with organizational skills and cross-cultural sensitivity

Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
