We assist by helping these Veterans with the critical documentation and medical records-gathering process. Our mission is to provide 5-star operational, administrative and technical support to OUR veterans through accurate, timely and caring services. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the management of various HR functions, particularly focusing on full life cycle recruitment and the team member on-boarding experience. The Specialist will review position requisitions, post positions, actively recruit, screen candidates, schedule and conduct phone and interviews, and make offers of employment. Requisitos

- Requirements*Collaborates with HR Manager in determining performance goals and expectations for role. Develops strategies to meet defined goals. Collaborates with others as needed to meet defined goals. *Supports HR Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining numerically measured standards and tracking systems to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve operating performance. *Performs talent acquisition activities to support all business units including but not limited to the following: *Performs full cycle recruiting across all functions and geographies of the business. * Identifies staffing drivers in assigned business units and works with hiring managers to develop staffing plans.
