Tecnico De Mantenimiento

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for general repair and maintenance of any and all equipment found in and around the hotel, ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees.
•Perform maintenance and light repairs
•Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
•Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
•Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets)
•Repair equipment or appliances
•Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
•Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
•Identify and report the need for major repairs
Requisitos:
Education & Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance or a related field required.
• Knowledge in electricity, chiller system and refrigeration prefered.
• At least one year of progressive experience in a resort or related field preferred.
• Must possess a professional presentation.
• Trade school and/or College course work in related field helpful.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)

Physical Requirements:
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to lift and exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally,
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairways, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
