This position is for a seasoned professional in Test and Validation, who works independently, measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment on medium to large platforms/projects/systems. Trains lower level team members. Prepares equipment for complex testing on medium to large platforms, and oversees the preparation of equipment for testing on smaller to medium platforms/projects/systems. Responsibilities: Ensures that systems perform according to necessary increased complex specifications on medium to large platforms/projects/systems. Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality standards are met on medium to large platforms/projects/systems with increased complexity. Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality (medium to large platforms/systems with increased complexity) Prepares equipment for complex testing on medium to large platforms/systems and oversees the preparation of equipment for testing on smaller to medium platforms/projects/systems. May provide technical leadership and assist in training lower level team members on regulatory specifications for testing/validation. Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality. Ensures systems perform according to necessary specifications. Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality. Establishes validation standards and develops testing protocols. Prepares equipment for testing. Documents test results and maintains records for later analysis. Coordinates with other departments who will be affected by testing. Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Major in Electronics or in Computer Engineering, Major in hardware and minimum five years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced degree and three years of prior relevant experience Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing environment. Willing to work overtime, Saturdays and Sundays and different shift. Fluent in English. Digital and Analog Electronics circuit analysis knowledge. Knowledge on UNIX, Linux, DOS, and Windows Operating Systems Electronics Test Equipment Hands On Experience. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent attendance and punctuality plus good record on EH&S and good disciplinary observed Work with minimum supervision. Ability to speak effectively in front of groups. Knowledge in Blue Prints, Gerber Files, Assembly Drawings and Specs interpretation. Knowledge in SMT, Thru Hole and Mixed Technology Electronics manufacturing process. Willing to work overtime, Saturdays and Sundays and different shift. Knowledge in Microsoft windows, excel, words and power point, AutoCAD, Corel, Draw, SAP Knowledge in problem solving techniques and the use of related quality tools. Knowledge in computer programming: on C, C Language, Visual Studio, Java, etc Web Based Application Development Knowledge, on PHP.HTML, CSS, Apache Server Database Development and Business Intelligence on MySQL and SQL Server Extensive knowledge of ICT test equipment such as Genrad 228X/TS124 and Spectrum 8852 is a plus Why Kelly®?
