Urgent position******The candidate must have these minimum requirements :

• Able to organize , develop and coordinate training schedules , organize trips for trainees and trainers.
• Monitor training plan to assure compliance of new associates for the project
• Able to work with electronic training system and demonstrate excellent computer skills
Requisitos:
• At least 2 years of exposure to Medical Device/Pharmaceutical environment in the area of Training.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration and or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Need to have good organizational skills
