JOIN OUR TEAM A leading financial institution setting the pace through its commitment to corporate values and a superior client satisfaction, seeks a qualified candidate to join its POPULAR team of successful professionals in Puerto Rico for the following position:

Full Time Opportunity 13;
General Description 13;
Provides business office clerical assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Manage the process of reviewing, mostly, mortgage collaterals and related documentation in accordance with the Investors (GNMA, FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHLB) and Private investors guidelines and/or agreements. Keep the document tracking systems updated and generate reports as per the regulations, guidelines and/or agreements.

Education 13;
Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Experience 13;
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in mortgages, post : closing or secondary market, preferably.

Other Qualifications 13;
Basic knowledge of mortgages.
General knowledge of the financial instruments of the mortgage industry.
General knowledge of the regulations of GNMA, FNMA and Freddie Mac.
Excellent internal and external customer service skills, interpersonal relationships and negotiation.
High level of organization to establish priorities, work with multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and be flexible to change.
Ability to identify situations and needs of the unit, offer alternatives and solve them in a timely and accurate manner.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Intermediate domain in computer applications such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to search document files in high heights of the vault facility, using stairs.Carry records (document files) from one side to another.
