Warehouse Order Puller

Job Description We are currently looking for an Order Puller. The selected individual is responsible for the preparing all customer orders from existing stock or ordering new. Daily accuracy and productivity of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability Job Duties for Order Puller: Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins per organizational standards. Assist in counting of physical inventory. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness. Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor immediately. Job Requirements Qualifications for Order Puller: Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 70 lbs. The ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift Wear the proper safety equipment requirements. 3 to 5 years previous warehouse experience (preferably in a distribution center) Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills Dependable and Reliable Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required Physical Demands.
