Shift Supervisor For Boutique Hotel

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your main duties will include supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.- Function as floor supervisor giving the opportunity to Managers to be occupied on other tasks.- Manage hotel guests interactions.-As a floor supervisor you will be the face of the management team when on shift.- Function as a runner as necessary.- Audit inventory, make shopping lists, keep track of items needed. Audit Front Desk room charges, kitchen balances, dinner charges, other.- Inspect rooms and sister properties.- Maintain efficient communication among management team of arising situations while running the operations.Requisitos:- MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE - MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT- MUST BE MUTLTITASKER- MUST HAVE LEADERSHIP EXERPIENCE- MUST LIKE MANAGING PEOPLE- MUST HAVE A KEEN EYE- MUST WORK WEEKENDS
