General Description
As an Account Executive, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of the service providers hiring process. You will be responsible for providing customer service and insurance advice for Popular service providers, Engagement owners EO’s and Contract License Owners (CLO’s).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop deep understanding of Popular operations and risk exposures.
Ensure that contract Insurance Requirement Exhibit reflects all coverage require to cover the service providers exposures identified while performing the services contracted.
Ensure that all recommendations developed throughout the risk management process are understood and handled by the EO’s & CLO’s.
Serve as customer’s day-to-day point of contact for ongoing service needs.
Support the Senior Account Executive in the administration of the OCIP enrollment process and reporting to the insurance carriers.
Assist in the approval process in S2P Ariba systems.
Review Certificates of Insurance provided by the service provider to ensure compliance with the Insurance Requirement Directive.
Review insurance clauses submitted by insurance providers to ascertain that Popular risk exposure are properly covered.
Gain and maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of available Popular resources and solutions, and match those to client business requirements.
Participates in special activities representing the organization.
Education
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
Certifications / Licenses
The following certifications and/or licenses are recommended:
Property & Casualty Insurance License
CIC Designation
