Overseeing and reporting clients' accounts payables transactions by processing information updated on a regular basis, prioritizing invoices according to payment terms.Ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy and are sent on time.Responsible for understanding assigned clients' business in the U.S. and P.R.Billing and collecting professional fees, including Design Phase Fees.Assists with annual financial and tax external audits.Other projects as assigned by Management.Requisitos:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)Minimum 3 or more years of experience in the full Accounting Cycle.Extensive knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Outlook).
