Busy Season Staffing Solutions specializes in the recruiting of accounting, audit, tax and finance professionals and executives in Puerto Rico. Currently we are recruiting for candidates to fill an Accounting Manager position at one Non for Profit Organization/Government. Some of the responsibilities are the following:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Supervise the personnel
Requisitos:
Apply if you meet the following requirements: • Not for profit accounting experience and knowledge.
• Government accounting experience and knowledge
• Experience supervising an accounting team.
• 5 plus total accounting experience.
• Experience analyzing financial information.
• Experience presenting financial information to top management and third parties.
• Accounting Bachelor Degree.
• CPA Preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
