Accounting Technician

Supports accounts payable in the maintenance and processing payment; process MRO's and Raw/Packaging Material invoices, receiving reports, check request and reconciliations. -Process accounts payable weekly (data entry, three way match) following the established accounting method-Makes checks and maintain a file by vendors-Processes check requests and expense vouchers verifying authorized signatures and approval limits.-Prepares the monthly reconciliation for service tax withholding-Prepares monthly accrual for invoices pending to be processed at the end of the month.Requisitos:-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting -2 to 4 years of Experience in an accounting or finance position-Working knowledge of payroll and accounts payable functions.
