Oficial de Contabilidad - Bachillerato en Contabilidad. Experiencia contable en cuentas a cobrar. Experiencia con procesos de nómina y cobros, preferiblemente. Dominio en Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel y Outlook . Buen manejo del tiempo, priorizar orden de urgencia e importancia y cumplir con los plazos asignados. Poseer altos estándares de responsabilidad, honestidad, ética, confiabilidad y confidencialidad. Responsable de brindar soporte contable y administrativo al departamento de contabilidad. Trabajar con precisión, preparar y mantener documentos y registros. Manejo de depósitos bancarios, estados de cuentas y mayor general. Conciliar cuentas y mantener actualizada diariamente toda la información de las transacciones financieras en la base de datos. Investigar, documentar y corregir situaciones contables o de documentación. Manejo de casos según los estándares establecidos, procedimientos y leyes aplicables.
