Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for an HR Administrator. This position will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

• Perform the Company daily payroll operations.
• Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are done truly .
• Provide the appropriate payroll reports to the Accounting Department
• Run the Company benefits for all Puerto Rico based employees
• Responsible for the orientation process related to the benefits and related activities
• Assist in the onboarding for new employees; the voice for the employee, benefits..
• Strong knowledge of ADP, Oasis or related payroll system
• Experience with time and attendance processing programs
• Prepare materials for, internal and external audits.
Requisitos:
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulations
• Ability to work on multiple, complex projects
• Possess a high level of confidentiality and the ability to effectively deal with and drive change
• Committed to a team environment and customer service excellence
• Strong verbal and written organization skills. verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to serve clients and coworkers with understanding, respect, and care
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
• Able to operate independently and as part of a team
• At least three years of experience in HR, or Admin coordination and or Accounting or related areas, preferably in the development, NGO, or humanitarian sector. Bachelor’s degree required.
