Descripción del Empleo:

• Have Effective Communication Skills.
• Work with Store Manager to coordinate activities providing development, guidance, and recommendations regarding store staff (hiring/ promotions/ demotions/ terminations).
• Implement Store Manager and Region Leaders’ objectives regarding Sales Associates’ sales and lending activities.
• Approve every loan (through direction of store manager), discount, and sale.
• Work closely with Inventory Associates to control damage and prevents losses to company and customer assets.
• Maintains exceptional customer service through 100% application of Company standards.
• Work with Store Manager regarding P&L responsibilities.
• Implements and supports daily/weekly/monthly store perform
Requisitos:
• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years retail management/supervisory experience (required); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and responsibility for financial services, to include the ability to read and understand P& L statements.
• Experience in revenue-generating capability.
• Demonstrated supervisory proficiency in hiring, counseling, and coaching to include conducting performance management sessions.
• Ability to meet La Familia's driving expectations and proof of valid driver's license and insurance.
• Stable Work History.
• Able to Work a Flexible Schedule, including Weekends.
• Bilingual a Plus.
• Expert knowledge of retail, pawn, or payday loan business operations.
• Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment.
