Associate Professional: Erp Functional Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
Assists in gathering and analyzing user business requirements and processes to gain understanding of client requirements as it relates to functionality of ERP product module. Documents requirements to assist in defining solution for client. Works with business users to assist in configuring module to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Documents and suggests configuration including initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options. Requirements BASIC: US Citizen/Legal Resident- 18 Years Old or older- High School Diploma a must- University credits, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree Preferred- 27 consecutive weeks or more unemployed or underemployed (hired performing jobs that are no match to workers knowledge, skills, experience and/or previous salary)
Requisitos:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
Zero or more years of ERP business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience
Experience with ERP module (Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, etc)
Other Qualifications
Basic communication and analysis skills to listen to client and articulate back for feedback and solutions
Basic verbal and written communication skills
Basic problem solving skills to identify, analyze and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment
Basic presentation skills to present to management and customers
Basic personal computer and business solutions software skills
Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
