Descripción del Empleo:
Daily maintenance of plants in all stages Complete daily cleaning logs
Water all plants in the building
Clone maintenance and cutting clones
Repotting, trellising, pruning.
Inspect plants for pests, drought and nutritional problems.
Weigh and record all green waste at the end of each shift.
Mulch green waste and mix with soil using a shovel
Maintain medical-grade cleanliness throughout the facility
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to stand and squat for long periods of time throughout the day
Ability to operate machinery as well as basic tools
Withstand harsh temperatures and environments
Able and willing to work with chemicals
Moving plants
Mopping
Washing down tables and rooms post-harvest
Defoliation
Trimming
Waste Disposal
Cleaning and Sanitation
Transplanting
Harvesting
Requisitos:
• Over 21 years old • Have an occupational license for Medical Cannabis (update)
• Willing to work overtime, holidays and fines for weeks
• Be punctual and responsible
• Willing to collaborate in other areas where necessary
• Basic knowledge for handling plants
