The Bilingual Customer Advocate assists with administrative tasks and client communication, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. Job Types: Full-Time Salary: $13.00 per hour Qualifications Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails with law firm clients. Organize and maintain relevant documents as appropriate. Fill out case-related confidential forms with accurate client information. Keep a log of all client case files for uploading purposes. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Proficiency in English (Spoken and written); On-Site (San Juan). Proficiency with computer, Windows PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. Preferred: Customer Service Experience—at least one year. Highly computer literate—must be comfortable learning new software. Must Be: A team player, with good communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, the ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, good math skills, good attention to detail, comfort working independently, and friendly, honest, and dependable.
