Job Details Job Location Cobians Plaza - San Juan, PR Description Agile Document Review is seeking a Bilingual Customer Advocate to join our team in San Juan, PR! We provide a collaborative work environment for individuals interested in developing work experience with high opportunities to grow in new markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail. The Bilingual Customer Advocate assists with administrative tasks and client communication, ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients to serve them adequately. Good Vibes are a Must!   Job Types: Full-Time Salary: $13.00 per hour   Qualifications   Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails with law firm clients. Organize and maintain relevant documents as appropriate. Fill out case-related confidential forms with accurate client information. Keep a log of all client case files for uploading purposes. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Proficiency in English (Spoken and written); On-Site (San Juan). Proficiency with computer, Windows PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.   Preferred: Customer Service Experience—at least one year. Highly computer literate—must be comfortable learning new software.   Must Be: A team player, with good communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, the ability to multitask, strong organizational skills, good math skills, good attention to detail, comfort working independently, and friendly, honest, and dependable.       Agile provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any characteristic protected by federal or local laws.
