Bilingual Home Care Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
• In charge of managing field staff (temporary and full-time), staffing services to clients, and communicating changes or situations to insurance companies.
• Responsible for confirming field staff providing services to clients by calling the Missed Ins, calling clients or verifying HHA Exchange.
• Accountable for independently solving client service emergencies, communicating with clients and documenting any changes or field staff replacements.
• Determine independently who will be offered full time positions and use independent judgment and discretion in providing temporary field staff additional assignments.
• Documenting work performed in daily and weekly reporting and compliance with all Contracts.
• Conduct weekly quality assurance calls.
• Respond all communication emails in a time
Requisitos:
• Bachelor’s degree in a health related field with a minimum of 1 year experience in health care setting OR Associate’s degree in health related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in health care setting
• Preferable with two or more years of experience in care coordination or clinical practices management
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and information
