During the program, selected candidates will have the opportunity to receive training and complete different job rotations through a 12-month period where they will gain the knowledge and experience required to perform the Assistant Branch Manager or the Business Banking Officer roles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Receives training related to the functions of branches supervisory roles and the Small Business Officer role.• Performs the duties of these roles in branches and several departments during different job rotations. Learns staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect retail and commercial businesses.• Participates in assigned projects identified Retail Banking Group.• Observes experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of branch duties.• Attends company-sponsored training classes and trainings to promote their professional development.
