Now we are looking for a BTS CHARM Analyst to Perform the verification and post implementation reviews of the BTS CHARM deliverables to ensure that a standardized method is used for efficient and prompt handling of changes affecting BTS systems and services. Minimize the risk of a change to negatively impact the availability and integrity of BTS systems and services through change verification prior deployment. Maximize the utilization of information and associated technologies within the organization by working with BTS management in the formulation of CHARM plans; streamlining, simplifying and eliminating non-value added steps in the processes; displaying leadership in automating processes.
Requisitos:
-BA in Computer Science or related field. -Strong knowledge in .Net, ETL, Syntax TSQL and stored procedures.
-Knowledge in QA Tools and automation testing tools.
-Vast experience in software development, SDLC and Change and Release Management.
-Minimum three years of experience in designing and developing complex computer
applications programs.
-Experience in Healthcare Insurance industry.
-Fully bilingual with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret
-Ability to calculate figures and amounts of different levels of complexity.
-Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
