Bus Attendant

Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania's Bucks County Division is looking for an energetic Bus Attendant in Levittown PA to assist preschool-ages children with disabilities on the school bus.

Responsibilities include assisting pre-school aged students with disabilities entering and exiting the school bus, ensuring their safety before and during transportation, and adhering to all required guidelines.
The ability to build rapport and trust with the students is very important.

Hours include the morning and afternoon bus routes Monday through Friday for scheduled days of programs.

Qualifications:

Prior School Bus Attendant or Childcare Aide experience is preferred but not required.

In the event of an emergency, the ability to lift 40 pounds will be required.

Applicants are required to pass Easterseals and Philadelphia School District required clearances, pre-employment drug testing and alcohol screening.

Must be able to travel by car to our school location as public transportation near the school is not available.
