Gathers, reviews and analyzes the business results and needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Use proven tools, methods and metrics to identify opportunities, forecast changes and track improvements in areas such as billing, budget, production, and workflow and customer relationship, among others.
Gather, consolidate and analyze project management, roadmap data for reporting and make recommendations to support management decisions.
Assist in IT project status and roadmap narratives for senior management.
Use proven tools, methods and metrics to identify opportunities, forecast changes and track improvements.
Facilitate and coordinate the definition of a business solution including cost and time analysis, and interdependencies between operational and technical areas.
Consolidates information and creates weekly/monthly dashboards for use in management decision making.
Prepares and presents business solutions, trends and recommendations to stakeholders that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Develop internal processes documentation.
Develop and coordinate trainings for new internal processes.
Gather, consolidate and analyze project management, roadmap data for reporting and make recommendations to support management decisions.
Be responsible for owning, updating and creating reports out of the project management portfolio.
Gather, review and analyze results and needs to help identify problems and propose solutions.
Able to work in a completely bilingual environment. Speaking and documenting in both languages.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
Experience
At least two (2) years of experience in database management, business analysis and project coordination. Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
