Manages the development and maintenance of commercial clients databases, while ensuring datas quality and integrity. Translates this data into reports and dashboards management can use to monitor results. Responsible of running profitability models and administering pricing tools. Performs customer and profitability analysis to identify business strategies based on advanced analytics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
Keep databases up to date and support its design and development, according to new managements requirements. Maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data. Devise methods and procedures for obtaining customer related data. Ensure effective utilization, translation and integration of customer data to drive strategies and tactical objective. Perform database analyses to leverage available customer information. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value in processes. Monthly maintenance of pricing and model to obtain pricing tool required data fields. Weekly Pricing Committee organization and administration. Manage special projects assigned. Adapt projects/programs in SAS to new requirements. Participate in the selection of assignment rules and drivers for profitability model. Maintain documentation updated. Participate in cross training and knowledge transfer processes within the team. Provide support in strategies establishment. Prepare presentations and reports as required.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, preferably with Accounting or Finance Major or Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience 13;
At least three years of related experience, preferably in the banking industry.

:Ability to design and perform database and quantitative analysis
:Skilled in data management, including database and spreadsheet applications, with the ability to use moderately complex models or specialized computer applications
:Advanced analytical skills, specifically, ability advanced analysis methodologies, interpret and present findings in a clear, concise manner, including the creation and use of tables, charts and graphics to summarize results
:Able to access, manage and summarize data from different sources using tools like SAS Guide
:Knowledgeable in data processing tools like SQL and Cognos
:Knowledgeable in MS Office: Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot), Power Point, Power BI, Word and Outlook.
:Proficient oral and communication skills, both in English and Spanish
:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
:Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
