General Description

Analyzes business results and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare budget of centralized and non-centralized accounts managed in the division.

Prepare monthly reporting packages, analyze and explain / investigate significant variances in order to identify areas for improvement and control expenses.

Provide support regarding vendor management.

Identify and implement strategies to improve process efficiency.

Support the division in annual business planning process.

Prepare presentations as required.

Conduct the monthly Charge Off Committee, including working in conjunction with the risk management division and supporting the impairment analysis process.

Conduct the Inactivation Committee on a quarterly basis.

Provide support managing compliance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) Requirements. Prepare and update the Business Continuity Plan of the Division, as necessary.

Support the rest of the team members in initiatives that require teamwork and participate in special strategic projects, as required by management.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems

Experience

Related experience in business analysis and interpreting information in order to make recommendations.

Other Qualifications

Strong skills in MS Word and PowerPoint

Intermediate MS Excel skills required (pivot, v-look ups), advanced skills (macros profiient), preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment

Maturity and professionalism

Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques required

Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research and data analysis

Outstanding reporting, presentation and communication skills

Proven knowledge of information analysis

Fully bilingual: English and Spanish
